Transparency Above All
In our fashion group, transparency has been ingrained in our way of working since our inception. We always communicate clearly and honestly about what is going well and what could be improved. We strive to accurately inform all our stakeholders - such as customers, employees, franchisees, NGOs, government agencies, and the press - about our sustainability efforts, our industry, and our company.
In 2021, we became the first Belgian retailer to sign the Transparency Pledge, a commitment to publish a transparent list of all our suppliers’ production locations on our website.
In addition, we already have independent external parties such as the Fair Wear Foundation conducting extensive compliance audits at our suppliers’ factories. We have therefore committed to publishing the results of these audits as a demonstration of our far-reaching transparency.
Shared and Solid Governance
At our company, you’ll find a relatively flat structure where everyone is free to express their opinions openly and honestly. To ensure the smooth operation of our group, we have established the following structure:

To embed sustainability within the organization, all departments and parties must work together. By fostering cross-departmental collaboration and establishing close partnerships with the Sustainability team, we integrate sustainable practices into every aspect of our operations. This includes managing the supply chain, production processes, waste management, and even how we monitor our costs. We also provide training and raise awareness among our employees, critically assess our performance, and ensure we always comply with applicable sustainability regulations. In this way, every party is committed to sustainability within the organization.
