We are always looking for new talent with various profiles. Discover here the different departments that make the Mayerline team. There is a separation between the Mayerline team working in Vilvoorde, the CRG team in Houthalen working for Mayerline and the shops.
Mayerline Vilvoorde
Shop Visual Merchandising
This creative department ensures that the decoration of our window displays and stores is executed to perfection, and always in line with the Mayerline identity. Their goal is to inspire our customers while visiting their favorite Mayerline store.
Marketing & Communication
Every day our marketing department is working on inspiring and innovative campaigns and promotions for Mayerline. Through various channels (including website, newsletters, social media and partnerships) endeavour to create brand loyalty, encourage engagement and stay connected with our customers.
E-commerce
Our goal is to offer the best shopping experience to our customers online as well. The E-commerce team provides digital inspiration and optimizes the user experience on the CKS webshop so that customers can shop their favorite brand effortlessly.
Buying
This department selects the fabrics and takes care of the purchasing of our collections. They select the most suitable supplier for each item and negotiate the right purchase price.
Collection
Our Designer Department consists of Fashion and Technical Designers. The Fashion Designers design the silhouettes and the Technical Designers take care of the technical development of each item.
Merchandise planning
Only with good planning can our collections get to the right place on time, and that is where our merchandise planners come in. By bringing certain quantities, delivery times and deadlines together in a clear plan, they keep both our stocks and our sales up to standard.
Wholesale
The Wholesale division is responsible for the sale of Mayerline articles to B2B customers, i.e. other companies, both at home and abroad. These customers are very diverse, such as stores on busy roads, smaller village boutiques and concept stores in the city. Six months before the collections are in the stores, they are sold to the B2B customers from a showroom. In Belgium this is done from our own showroom at the headquarters in Vilvoorde and abroad we work with external agents who present Mayerline in their own showrooms.
Sales
The sales team is in close contact with our shop managers. They monitor all CKS concept stores and provide guidance from the head office in Vilvoorde. Through coaching, together they lift the shopping experience of our customers to a higher level.
Support services from Houthalen
Customer Care
Spreading instant happiness by helping all Mayerline customers with a smile. That happens every day in our Customer Care Center in Houthalen. Through different communication channels questions are answered, problems are solved and help is offered with online orders. The enthusiastic team of more than 15 people is ready for all CKS, JBC and Mayerline customers.
IT
The IT team provides the right digital support, so that everyone at the Claes Retail Group can do their job to perfection. They are also responsible for the smooth operation of all technologies in our shops and head office (online and offline).
Finance
In the Finance department, everything comes together in the form of figures. This team takes care of the financial administration, accounting and the correct processing of payment orders for the entire Claes Retail Group in Houthalen, among other things.
Data & Analytics
The Data & Analytics team supports all management and business lines of the Claes Retail Group with insights, automating reports and making decisions based on data analyses.
Business Controlling
In the Business Controlling department, all financial analyses of the entire Claes Retail Group are elaborated. The team processes the results in reports, giving them insights into turnover, costs and investments. In this way, they can always provide the business with tailor-made advice. They are also responsible for the preparation of investment requests, which they carefully monitor together with the business. So every department finds a reliable business partner in the Business Controlling team.
Legal
All legal issues that any department of the Claes Retail Group may encounter are dealt with by the Legal team. Based at the Houthalen head office, they deal with all issues and questions relating to property management, intellectual property rights, contracts and much more.
Technics
Behind the beautiful Mayerline concept stores and the well-oiled machine that is the head office in Houthalen, there is a skilled team of technicians. As soon as a defect or problem arises, the technical department gets to work to find a solution as quickly as possible. In addition to repairs, they also carry out designs for new or renovated shops together with the Visual team.
Human Resources
Our feel-good mission can only be fulfilled if our team itself experiences the happy vibes that Mayerline radiates. The Human Resources team ensures this every day. They put the right employees in the right place, give them all the support they need to do justice to their qualities and pay the salaries correctly.
Logistics
Upon arrival of the products, the entire logistics team of CRG ensures that the products are picked, packed and sorted so that they leave the distribution center for our shops according to the CRG quality standards. In order to monitor all this properly, there is an administrative team at Logistics, which draws up the planning for this organization, continuously manages the logistics teams in the DC and adjusts them in a flexible manner in accordance with changing circumstances.
Stores
Our Sales Advisors provide an optimal shopping experience for every customer. They ensure an orderly store, styling advice and a smooth sale to all our customers.
