For our head office in Houthalen, we are always looking for enthusiastic talents with various profiles for our different departments. 

Customer Care 
Our Customer Care Centre is committed to providing excellent customer service and keeping customer satisfaction high. They are there, every day, with a big smile for our customers answering questions, solving problems and helping with on line orders. This enthusiastic team of more than 15 people works for the whole CRG group; JBC, Mayerline and CKS. 

Sales 
The sales team is in close contact with our independent shop managers. They monitor what is going well and what could be better in the JBC shops. Through coaching, together they ensure the best shopping experience for our customers.

Shop Visual Merchandise
This creative department ensures that the decoration of our display windows and shops is perfected down to the last detail and is always in line with the JBC identity. Their goal is to inspire our customers during a visit to their favorite JBC shop. 

Marketing
Our marketing department works every day on inspiring and innovative campaigns and actions for JBC. Communicating through different channels (e.g. website, newsletters, social media and partnerships) they try to win brand loyalty, stimulate involvement and stay connected with our customers. 

E-commerce
We also strive to provide the very best online shopping experience. The E-commerce team provides digital inspiration and optimizes the user experience within the E-shop so that our customers enjoy online shopping with ease. Our E-commerce team is aligned with Marketing and IT to achieve their goals.

IT
The IT team provides the right digital support, so that everyone at the Claes Retail Group can do their job to perfection. They are also responsible for the smooth operation of all technologies in our shops and head office (online and offline).

Finance 
Amongst other things, This team takes care of the financial administration, accounting and the correct processing of payment orders for the entire Claes Retail Group.

Data & Analytics 
Supporting all management and business lines of the Claes retail Group with insights, automating reports and taking decisions on the basis of data analyses.

Business Controlling
This team performs the financial analyses of the Claes Retail Group in order to increase insight into the results (turnover, costs & investments). They pour this data into reports and give advice to the business leaders. Finally, they also prepare investment requests and follow up closely with the business acting as a true business partner to the other departments of the company.

Legal 
Taking care of Real estate management, intellectual property rights, contract management, etc. Legal supports all departments of the Claes Retail Group with regard to contracts and other legal issues. 

Corporate Social Responsibility 
We care for fair! Every day we continue to innovate in the field of sustainable business. Our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) department ensures that all our processes are carried out with respect for people and the environment, so that we can bring fair fashion into the market. Technics
The employees of the Technical Department work both in the shops and at the head office of the Claes Retail Group. All technical defects are reported to the technics team and they work to solve these issues as quickly as possible. Together with the Visual team, they also work out a plan for renovating our shops or creating new shop concepts.

Logistics
Upon arrival of the products, the entire logistics team of JBC works to ensure that the products are picked, packed and sorted ready to  leave the distribution center for our shops according to the JBC quality standards. In order to monitor all this properly, there is an administrative team at Logistics, who draws up the planning for this organization, continuously manages the logistics teams in the DC and make adjustments in a flexible manner and in accordance with changing circumstances.

Human Resources
We search and secure the right employees for the right place in the organization, correct salaries, support in the development of your talents,... And all that with a smile. Working together with  our employees so they can enjoy coming to work every day. 

Communication 
This team is responsible for internal and external communication. Through weekly newsletters, they keep our colleagues informed of all the news within JBC. They also organize internal events, fun gifts and ensure that JBC is picked up by the media.

Reception
Our Reception is the first point of contact at the JBC headquarters. This team gives a warm welcome to our visitors in Houthalen.

Buying
This department selects the fabrics and takes care of the purchasing of our collections. They select the most suitable supplier per article and negotiate the right purchase price.

Design
Our Designer Department consists of Fashion and Technical Designers. They detect the fashion trends, researching through trade fair visits, shoppings, trend books, magazines... collecting and processing  this trend information (materials, fabrics, designs). The Fashion Designers create fashionable and trendy collections in close cooperation with the Category Managers and other teams. The Technical Designers provide detailed technical style sheets of the designs, prints and fabric samples.

Category management
Our category managers are responsible for the strategic development and achievement of group targets. They anticipate market changes through continuous analyses of the market, the competition and the product range, based on internal & external data. Category managers decide on price adjustments and margins and continuously optimize the assortment by monitoring trends and visiting trade fairs. They work closely with various departments: Design, Merchandise planning, Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

Merchandise planning
Our merchandise planners analyze and report on the purchase, sales and market figures. They ensure an optimal stock/sales ratio helping us to offer the right products at the right time, in the right quantities and in the right shops. They initiate promotional actions based on opportunities and bottlenecks. This enables us to maximize sales and optimize stock levels.

Shops
Our shop employees offer an excellent shopping experience to every customer. Their goal? To make our customers feel welcome and to help them shine! They are also responsible for  the beautiful presentation of our collections, giving styling advice and ensuring smooth sales. Our shops are run by independent partners who carefully select their own team.
